How often does a septic tank need pumping?
For most households, every three to five years. Fewer people means longer; a full house, a garbage disposal, or a small tank means sooner. If you can't remember the last time, it's time.
What does a pump-out cost?
Pump-outs start at $375 for a standard tank up to 1,000 gallons with a reachable lid. Bigger tanks, buried lids, long hose runs, and long drives add to it. You get the number before we roll.
How many porta potties does my crew need?
The common rule of thumb is one unit per ten workers for a 40-hour week, serviced weekly. Add a unit if the crew is bigger, the shift is longer, or the site has nothing else. Tell us the headcount and we'll size it.
Do you service the units, or just drop them?
We service them. Standard rentals include weekly service: pumped, cleaned, deodorized, and restocked. Busy sites can move to twice a week.
How fast can you get out here?
Routine pumping and rental drops are usually scheduled within a few days. If sewage is backing up into the house, say so when you call or text — that moves to the front of the line.
Can you find my tank if I don't know where it is?
Usually. We probe for the lid and read the layout of the house and drain lines. If it's genuinely lost, we'll tell you what locating it takes before anyone starts digging.
Do you work in winter?
Yes. Snow and frozen ground are normal here — clear a path to the lid if you can, and we'll handle the rest.
